I am a firm believer in getting out into nature and exploring what is out there. One of the great ways to see what is out there is to hike to places. Hiking is a great workout for the legs as well as the mind. When the going gets tough the tough hikers just keep going. Of course when hiking you must be safety conscious and always have the right tools. In this case and on this day up on Mt. Charleston my group had walking sticks, water, some food and of course I had a knife and other items of interest. We hiked a trail and eventually found some waterfalls. Really it was beautiful!
Get out and explore!
