I really enjoy the Personal Defense TV show on the Sportsman Channel. The emphasis is clearly on firearms but they do show hand to hand training every episode. This week they covered the 410. revolver which was a real treat. If you get the channel check them out if you do not then visit them at their youtube channel as they update videos regularly!
