…..Okay I have always enjoyed training in Silat. The following system of Mande Muda was propograted by the late great Pak Herman Suwanda. Mande Muda is a beautiful system and is currently headed by Guru Besar Rita Suwanda who is located in Indonesia and here is her website: Suwanda Academy. Mande Muda spread around the world through the efforts of Pak Herman Suwanda and also through the efforts and network that Guro Dan Inosanto had set up.
