Martial Arts in Las Vegas…….  Well one thing is for sure that Las Vegas is a mecca for martial practice.  We have more instructors than most places and a wide variety.  Certainly in the MMA world we have a dominant presence due to the UFC being here.  Lots of schools and great training opportunities.  Brazilian Jiujitsu is not far behind as we have multiple top level Brazilian Jiujitsu instructors such as Drysdale and Penha plus many more.  Tae Kwon Do and Karate abound here as well with Matt Lusk being the number one go to guy over at the Las Vegas Martial Arts Academy.  By all accounts the Aikido is very good in Las Vegas so definitely check it out if that is what you are looking for.  The Filipino Martial Arts are stacked in Vegas as well with Modern Arnis practitioner Joshua Jackson, Ariel Moses and so many more.  Having a close proximity to Los Angeles and Dan Inosanto we also have several Jeet Kune Do instructors.  Krav Maga is represented well.  Really almost everything is here.  It is one of the reasons why I moved to Las Vegas was to bring an IRT presence here so that people in this part of the country can experience what Instinctive Response Training is all about. (that and being closer to family)  So far the response has been great with people in Nevada training regularly and people coming from California, Utah, Arizona and more to experience what we are all about.  The 12 Hour Personal One on One Intensive that I offer has been very well accepted by individuals from inside the United States and outside of it.  http://www.instinctiveresponsetraining.com/trainingnews.html  Whether you come to Vegas for fun or to train there are so many opportunities that you really cannot miss out.  My hope is that if you come to Vegas you get a great training opportunity either with me or with someone else.  If anyone ever needs guidance on who to go and see I am happy to point you in the right direction!
