Road rage. It can happen anywhere on any road at any time. I have experienced people raging against me on the road. One time in Detroit someone through a bottle at my car. Another time a guy followed me for roughly an hour stalking me and or passing and slamming on his breaks. I tried to get away but he was persistent. Yet another more recent time here in Las Vegas a guy must have thought I was going to slow because he pulled in front of me and slowed way down on the highway to about thirty five. Then he sped up, slowed down again to almost zero and when I passed he zoomed past me threw a coffee cup and raced off. Bottom line it can happen anywhere to anyone at anytime. Following is a video of road rage:
There are so many more videos out there so I will not bore you with more.
Road rage can happen anywhere. My advice on this is pretty simple. Do not engage unless there is no other option and you must defend yourself. Remove yourself from the incident as quickly as possible. Exit, turn around, get away. People who become enraged in a car rarely think through their actions and it can easily turn very, very violent. We are after all driving two thousand pound plus vehicles that can be used easily as a weapon. Some of us are also carrying which could add more violence to the situation. Best just to get out of there! If you can’t though, understand that it could get very violent and you may need to protect yourself and your loved ones.
