In A World Full Of Distractions…

front-sweep-training-still002

In a world full of distractions can you afford to walk around with your head down, looking at your phone?  I see this every day now.  People walking with their head down looking at their phone.  I had someone just the other day walk out into the road in front of me looking at their phone and not even bothering to look both ways as they crossed the street.  If you are a serious martial practitioner do not be this person.  How could you be aware and avoid potentially dangerous situations if your head is buried in your phone.  You can’t and that is exactly why you should not do this.  Not to mention that when distracted like this you increase your chance of being taken for prey by criminals.  They are looking for distracted people who will not see them coming.  So when out and about during your day do not bury your head in your phone.  Instead stay upright, alert with your head on a swivel!

See You On The Mats!
