Precision training is simply a must. Way too many people train in a very lazy manner. They go through the motions and simply hope for the best. Instead, we should all try to be accurate and precise in our training with thoroughly think out our training plans and goals. In a moment of violence you will need to be precise and accurate with your strikes, shooting, etc. I’m always training with this in mind. If I’m working on the bag I make sure my strikes go exactly where I’m aiming. In real violence I have seen a direct crossover from my training. Meaning, that I have been very precise during real world violence. Remember the phrase “perfect practice leads to perfect form.” We need to train with precision in mind. So that if a violent encounter happens it will be there for us!See You On The Mats!!!
