He was simply put one of the greatest martial artist out there.  Remy Amador Presas was simply one of the best at imparting what Arnis and the Filipino Martial Arts were all about.  He mostly taught the stick but if you paid attention or asked he would definately show you the bladed applications.  A few of us were lucky to receive quite a bit privately.  His legacy continues on with many Modern Arnis organizations and many master’s to carry on his teachings.  Even though the blade work in IRT is different than in Modern Arnis there are similarities and no doubt Remy Amador Presas had an influence in how I teach and train.
