Okay I was working out the other day in the Training Hall and I had a camera so I thought I would record some basic Stick/Blade striking techniques and a little bag work. The following is what came of it!
When you get the chance get in a good bag workout whether with sticks or empty hands. You will be amazed at how it will build up your cardio and make you a better martial artist!
