Yesterday Was Great!

Guro Ben Harrison and Bob Orlando as Lamar looks on.

…..Yesterday was a really good time training and we are of course looking forward to more of the same today.  We went through a number of drills and techniques on Saturday building up to learning the first langkah leg destruction drill.  Today will focus on some more techniques but everyone is really looking forward to advancing onto more langkah leg drills.  These drills ingrain the skill set right into your muscle memory.  It truthfully does not take very long.  That is the beauty of working on specific drill sets in that you have the opportunity to grow very fast as a martial practitioner.  Special thanks to everyone who came and practiced as that is what we are all about!

See You On The Mats!

I just want to thank Bob Orlando and Brian Vancise for a great seminar and exposing our club to Kuntao Silat Martial principles. The seminar gave us alot of concepts and drills to help develop our self-defense. Very informative and practical. Thanks again, Ben Harrison S.M.A.C.
