No Gi Made Easy!

…..IRT practitioner Mike Hammer is down in Texas exploring and was doing some Brazilian Jiujitsu and came across an instructor teaching a variation of the rubber guard called the “nino guard”.  Mike was cool enough to forward some video instruction for us that we could all look at what he was learning.  Go check it out here at: No Gi Made Easy  This is great stuff and what the Martial Sciences are all about in going out and exploring, learning more and then sharing.
