…..So last night I taught my last regular class at the Alma Training Hall. Now I will be coming back regularly to teach seminars but I will not be here every night. The Training Hall will be moving to Alma College at the Stone Recreation Center multi-purpose room. You can view the training hours here at our website: www.instinctiveresponsetraining.com and view the training times area. So last nights class was really a strong one with take downs, throws, submission grappling, etc. The spirit here in Alma is very, very strong and the core group of guy’s lead by Gary Haffey will continue to thrive! Scott Sober, Tony Kirby, Dick Anderson, Mike Hammer, Jose Prieto, Darcy Wilson, Steve Zajac, Mandy Tripp, Dominic Lazarski, John Stamp, Matt Stoughton, Elijah Rutakowski and of course anyone and everyone make up a great, great group! I look forward to my return trip in November when we have our grappling seminar! It definitely will be special!
