Okay everyone that knows me well understands that I do a lot of different recreational activities to stay in shape and to keep working different muscles and parts of my brain. (what little I have) I am a firm believe that a martial practitioner should have lots of outside activities that can improve their skill sets and attributes. Things like hiking, biking, swimming, weight lifting, nutrition, skiing and any activity that will get your heart pumping and cause you to utilize your brain and your athletic skills and natural god given attributes. Almost all recreational activities can benefit your martial skills in some way. Plus they are simply fun! Just yesterday I took my family skiing just twenty minutes north of Las Vegas to the Mt. Charleston Ski and Snowboard Resort! What a blast we had and my body got a good workout!!! That is what it is all about! Fun and building attributes that will help you on your martial journey! Enjoy the pictures!
If you are in the Vegas area and interested in hiking, biking, mountain climbing, skiing, etc. and want to visit the less traveled paths while getting in some world-class Martial Science training then please drop me an email at: brian@instinctiveresponsetraining.com
