So this last weekend I was back in Michigan teaching and training! The focus of this seminar was clearly on Striking from standing up and also on the ground. Special attention was paid to when and how to strike while your opponent is at a disadvantage!
We had a really good turnout with Gary Haffey, Scott Sober, Tony Kirby, Dominik Lazarski, Mike Hammer, Jose Prieto, Bob Helcher, John Stamp, Nicholas VanCise, Patrick Myers in attendance.
