When it comes to equipment always take your time and buy equiment that suits what you are hoping to accomplish. Today the world has shrunk do to the immense influence of the internet. It is now easy to get martial arts equipment from all over the world and items that were difficult to get ten year’s ago can now be delivered to your doorstep in a weeks time.
So when you are looking for good equipment always and I repeat always take your time and weigh the worth of the equipment vs. the cost and will it fit what you need for training. There are quite a few equipment companies that sell alot of junk. Yet even the ones that pedal substandard equipment generally have some decent equipment too. Through the years I have bought alot of equipment and some of it was absolutely fantastic and some of it was poor. When I took my time and did some research and evaluated it based on other people’s recomendation I have generally been pleased.
1. Evaluate
2. get review’s from other people
3. Do a benefit vs. cost analysis
4. Do not spontaneously buy but think through carefully each purchase
5. Make sure you can afford it and if possible always buy wholesale
For myself I teach and the Training Hall provides enough income for not only Research and Devlopment but also for quality equipment. So I am blessed but even I have to watch what I get and how much I spend so that the Training Hall flourishes with world class equipment!
