In 2004 while in Japan we went a shot video footage at a Shinto Shrine devoted to the Martial Arts. The footage turned out well and I later turned it into a beautiful hard cover book and a DVD. It has been over three years since the book was released and it is going strong and the first printing is almost sold out. It just goes to show you that you can do anything if you put your mind to it as I not only wrote the book but I published it as well. I may not republish it in the future do to the cost, time, etc. so each one of these books is truly a collectors piece. If I were to republish it, I definately would not go the hard cover route. (way to much expense)

If you are interested in having a serious book on Wrist Strike or Abiniko technique then this is the one. There are literally numerous techniques demonstrated with single stick and stick and dagger.
