Okay everyone knows that I enjoy seminars and learning knew things.  Sometimes the information reinforces what I already do and sometimes it is new and very exciting because of that.  Well coming up in Alma we have some great seminars.  Starting out in August 2nd and 3rd we have the bad man himself Bob Orlando

coming back to Alma and covering lower leg destruction’s in a manner that only he can!  This will really be a treat!  After Bob’s seminar later in August on the 16thI will be going down to my good friend GuroBen Harrison’s training hall to do some training with Remy Presas Jr. of MARPPIO.  That will definitely be a good time.

     After the above in September we have a Grappling Intensive on controlling anddominating your opponents back.  I will teach this with a perspective toward personal protection and what could possibly happen in the real world.  Definitely it will be an eye opener.

     In October we have a very large event planned andto kick off the week end we have none other than the Grand Tuhon of Dekiti Tirsia Siradas coming to Alma to show his unique blade methods.  Jerson “Nene” Tortal is simply a pioneer and a legend in the blade world so do not miss this Seminar on Friday night October 24th.  Do not miss out as opportunities like this come around only so often!

     Then on Saturday October 25th we have “The Gathering 2008” where we will have instructors from IRT, Modern Arnis, DefenseCraft and NSI all teaching their respective skill sets.  Those instructors are Rich Parsons and Ben Harrison of Modern Arnis, Matt Lamphere of DefenseCraft and NSI and Bill Bednarick of Natural Spirit International plus Gary Haffey and myself from Instinctive Resposne Training.  We will really rock that day with everyone showing what they do and we all instructors and students will have an opportunity to see quite a bit!  The Gathering should be a unique learning experience.

     I will then teach a stick and dagger and tactical folding knife seminar for the Universal Martial Arts Brotherhood.  Then 2008 seminars will be in the books and all wrapped up!  Quite a finish to a very strong seminar year.
