…..Well I have a number of Kerambits that are fixed blades. I have some from Indonesia and of course some from the Philippines. I have a unique Indian blade that is a Kerambit just not called that in India. (I got this one from a coconut guy) Well yesterday for Christmas I received a folding knife but a different kind of folding knife than I am used to. It is the Smith and Wesson Extreme Ops Kerambit Folding knife. (or hawk bill)

You can find it at: KaliGear
or here at: Amazon
This is one beautiful and impressive folding knife. It is heavy, durable and fits really well just like a Kerambit should. While I would not use this for thrusting style attacks because of the inner line locking folding mechanism it is perfect for slashing techniques which are the forte of the Kerambit any way. There are several different Kerambit folders out there but this one is priced really well and it still a finely made folding knife. So if you need to get a Kerambit folder give this one a try.
