…..Okay so I have been saving the Training Hall funds and I recently bought some Muay Thai pads. Since then we have been working out with them and enjoying practitioner’s of IRT have been enjoying the differences between focus mitts and the Muay Thai pads. I particularly like the bellys pads as they allow you to work that front leg front kick (teep in Muay Thai) and follow up with jab, cross, hooks and elbows. We have always incorporated quite a bit of focus mitt and bag work into IRT. I recommend that every practitioner do some at least every other day. Anyways, I am a big fan of Muay Thai pad work and having participated in the past in some serious Muay Thai training was happy to bring some of it into IRT training.

See You On The Mats!
