…..Okay I am always interested in what other people are doing and what is new out there. Of particular interest is what is going on in competitive submission grappling and what changes or modifications have people come up with. Besides working out with some highly skilled Brazilian Jiujitsu friends and practicing with other IRT practitioner’s I also frequent a few sites to take a look at their training and techniques.
