
Today is a double post day!
…..Okay I am always training in the most interesting spots. Roof tops, forests, mountains, in the lake, etc. However, I love to barbecue and of course that leads to doing a little training as well! I just cannot help myself. Some times that back yard training at or around the barbecue is a very lifting experience. Practice a movement, stop and check the food and then practice a little more. Nothing fancy but definitely one way to let things seep in so that they will be instinctive when you need them. Plus it is simply a lot of fun! Since I plan on barbecuing every day this weekend you can imagine that I will be getting in a little martial practice and enjoying the beautiful Michigan weather! Life is definitely good!
