…..Here is another full contact no gear clip! Now personally if you do this at some point someone will get really, really, really hurt. ie. losing an eye, etc. Still these guys really went at it and so they did! It is a good thing that they had sense enough not to use hard wood sticks! :0 Fun to watch and interesting!

That was insane. I couldn’t believe the bald guy got backed up when he had the stick. And Mendez, taking those knuckle shots with impunity. Those guys are certifiable.
Yes that was a little insanity as they were both fortunate not to get injured. Still fun to watch and yes those are two tough guys! I can remember though before the onset of gear that a good number of people sparred without stuff. Usually with the caveat that you just did not blast someone in the face or thrust to the face. Had a couple matches like that myself. Ah the glory of youth!
