Gracie Breakdown On The Chael Sonnen Vs. Anderson Silva MMA Match!

…..So last night there was a UFC MMA match featuring Anderson Silva the current champion and Chael Sonnen a top contender.  Chael was dominating the fight with a vicious ground and pound and towards the end Silva pulled off a triangle armbar.    Check out how the Gracie brother’s break down how the fight went!  Watch this breakdown with a critical eye because they show good technique on how to get to the triangle and also a defense against the triangle!  Enjoy!
