Simple Armbar Defense Featuring Ken Primo

Here is a very simple armbar defense.  Note if the person attempting the armbar gets the leg over you still have the hand in the collar that if applied right can aid in a pass via utilizing your off arm and inserting into the opposite collar and pressing on the neck and stacking.  Though of course that is not optimal! (to have the leg come over as you are trying to prevent it)   Still this method of shutting down the armbar is effective and remember once the elbow is down to move your body to a stronger angle so that you can keep that elbow in a good position with miminal effort!
