IRT Organizational Structure!

The Instinctive Response Training organizational structure is designed to promote a family environment!  Each member is like family and we try to help each other out by sharing what we know and can do in the Martial Sciences!  Gary and I are interested in keeping this family strong with each member receiving individual and small group one on one instruction.  Our idea has always been to provide quality teaching in a small group setting where everyone gets to know each other and improves.  Everyone improving is the goal.  Nothing else really matters.  This is just one of the reasons why we do not place massive importance on rank or belt testing.  In other words we just do not test or advance people very often!  Quality over quantity!  Practitioner improvement and skill set development is at the forefront in this type of organization.  However, if someone merits quicker advancement then we never hold them back!  If you have the skills in Martial Science then of course you will be promoted as warranted.  Another aspect of this is that as a family system if you learn some thing outside of what we do please share it with everyone!  That way we can all improve.  Recently a long time student visited me in Las Vegas and he had the opportunity to train in a Filipino system that I have not worked out in.  So our training was a great exchange as he showed me a few new things.  That was great!

In IRT our pledge to all practitioner’s is that we will grow and they will grow with us!  Hopefully everyone will continue to improve and our Martial Science will be the better for it!

See You On The Mats!
