Okay I just had the opportunity to go to San Diego with my son and visit a very cool marine biology camp called appropriately SEACAMP! While we were busy the whole time I did not have much time to train but I did manage to be active with snorkeling, etc. San Diego is simply a beautiful city by the ocean that has everything you could want if you are interested in fun and sun. While there I managed to scout out a couple of locations for future IRT video shoots! So look in the not to distant future for some ocean footage. Which brings me to my current video footage issue. Last week after training all throughout the Las Vegas area we managed to get some great video footage. However, my main video computer crashed with a motherboard issue. So we are currently diagnosing it to possibly see if it is fixable and then we will move forward from there. So as soon as it is either fixed or replaced the footage will be up and you will have an opportunity to see where we were and what we did! Till then it will just have to wait! One thing I take from all these scenic place I was just at was that life is short and you need to get out and experience what is out there! Do not be satisfied, instead be hungry in life and seek out adventures. We humans thrive on this aspect so make sure that when opportunity presents itself that you seize it and bite on it boldly and take it to some where special!
See You On The Mats!

I was in San Diego last November and it was a great place, it was the first time I have been somewhere and when it was time to go home I was thinking I could stay a few more days…generally I am thinking I can’ wait to get home.
My only complaint was they had the hottest temperature on record for the day I took the family to Sea World…100 degrees
