How many times have you thought about doing some thing or done some thing but then stopped because you were afraid to continue? For most people if they are honest they will realize that they have stopped doing things many times because they were afraid to continue for many different reasons! Personally, I do not think that you should let your fears run you. No instead I am a firm believer in conquering fears! When some thing bothers you I think that you a. need to acknowledge it and b. you need to find a way to cope with this fear. It is a well-known fact by everyone that knows me that I do not enjoy flying in airplanes. When I was in fifth grade my school went to Washington D.C. on a fifth grade trip. The entire flight trip went through a raging thunderstorm and the plane bounced around for hours. From this simple trip came my fear of flying. Over the years however I have flown all over the world from flights to Canada, Europe, Caribbean, Middle East, India and of course Japan. How did I cope with this fear and anxiety? I simply came to the realization that I wanted to go places and do things and no silly fear of the unknown would get in my way! Face what bothers you and you will become a stronger human being. Shy away from it and it may control you! You decide, you determine, you live the way you want to!
See You On The Mats!
