Shock Training!

One thing I consistently try to do is to incorporate new training methods into what I do.  Whether it be in the Martial Sciences or in weight lifting, cardiovascular training, etc.  Recently I picked up some heavy ropes and have been working that along with kettle bells, indian clubs, etc.  I really like the heavy rope workout.  It is a real burn and I couple it up with ground and pound on a ground heavy bag, Indian clubs and more.  So in your training try to consistently change-up what you are doing.  Add a piece of new equipment  to work out on and find different ways to work your muscles and your mind!
