Here is an interesting news show on HBO. While not martial arts related it is very edgy news. (NSFChildren) I like getting news from a variety of sources. Such as CNN, MSNBC, FoxNews, CBS News Sunday Morning, Time, msn.com, etc, etc. VICE is just one in a big list that helps to fill in the need. With news you always have to filter what you are getting and double-check for correct journalism. Meaning journalism without agenda! Anyways if you get a chance and want some edgy news watch VICE on HBO!!!
Many years ago I was taking a course in college on Terrorism and had to do a research paper and I was amazed at how news today is much more interested in making money and keeping its sponsors happy than it is in the actual news. The days of Walter Cronkite are long since over.

The day’s of Walter Cronkite are long gone. It really is sad and that is just one reason why I diversity in where I get my news from. VICE is pretty cool but definitely for grown ups. Make sure there are no little ones around when you are watching as it has very shocking footage at times. ie. serious violence or photos from the aftermath. Still it is very interesting. I just finished one on the aftermath of the arab spring in Egypt and also on the over building that is happening in China that may cause them to have a massive housing bust. Very interesting show!
What I found interesting was when I was in China the news about America did not match the American News, while the news in America about China did not match the Chinese news. And if you watched the BBC news it seemed to go right down the middle of both of them
