Okay the primary source of what I do is the Martial Sciences. But I also try to augment my training with all kinds of different methods. I do kettlebells, running, biking, swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, pylometrics, calisthenics, etc. Most importantly I just try to stay active. One things that I regularly like to do is heavy ropes. It is a real effective cardio workout with some weight-bearing.
