IRT Women’s Self Defense Class At Alma College!

On October 3rd Gary Haffey will be teaching a Women’s Self Defense class at Alma College from 6:30pm to 8pm in the Multi-Purpose room.  This is a six week program and this class is free to Alma College students, faculty and staff.  The comprehensive IRT course focuses on Awareness, Avoidance and Action!  Space is limited to please sign up quickly!
