On October 3rd Gary Haffey will be teaching a Women’s Self Defense class at Alma College from 6:30pm to 8pm in the Multi-Purpose room. This is a six week program and this class is free to Alma College students, faculty and staff. The comprehensive IRT course focuses on Awareness, Avoidance and Action!
