Surprise, surprise it doesn’t……….

Surprise, surprise it doesn’t work.  That is what was said recently at a training session overseas.  This kind’ve goes back to this blog post: Open Your Eyes!!!  Always be critical of your training and skill sets.  Do not take anything at face value but instead train with a mind for reality and make sure that what you are learning works.  The following video shows a teacher explaining his system of EFO or Empty Force.  Look at this video critically and let me know if you want to train with a teacher like this:

Edit: Surprise, surprise they took down the youtube video.  Here it is on another channel: http://vitaminl.tv/video/1650?ref=fbs

The question is do you want to be in a self-defense situation with skill sets that are not proven to work?  I do not!!!  I want to know that what I am doing works so that I will be going home safe to my family!  Open your eyes and train with an eye for reality!!!

When some thing seems to good to be true I am always in the skeptic category until realistically proven otherwise!
