    Beautiful technical work there. I can’t remember seeing a better demonstration video, honestly.

    I have several of Roy Dean’s DVDs. I really enjoy watching how fluid his techniques are. I try to mimic them as best I can in my own training. He’s a really good jiujitsu practitioner.
