The Complete Martial Artist & Fitness

Close Up Angled Elbow Posterized

While in Australia I came in contact with Stuart Hunter who is the editor of the magazine The Complete Martial Artist & Fitness.  Stuart trained with us during the seminar and was able to experience some of what we do in IRT.

This is simply the best martial arts magazine I have looked at in a long, long time!  What makes it good is the variety inside of it.  There are articles on famous martial artists like Chuck Norris down to articles on practitioners and or their styles.  There was a particularly good article on Silat that I personally enjoyed quite a bit.  What truly caught my eye though were the varied articles on Altitude Training, Hot Yoga, Travel, etc.  There really is some thing for everyone to read!  My wife enjoyed the Singapore Sanctuary article and we may head that way soon.

Take a look at their website here:

If you enjoy reading and being inspired by stories, interviews, etc. of the Martial Arts then this magazine might be some thing you would want to invest time to take a look at!  It definitely is on my list of must have reading material!

See You On The Mats!
