Fitness For Law Enforcement…

 

Law enforcement requires you to be physically fit.  Sure there are individual’s in the field who do not take this seriously and that can negatively impact them in a moment of violence.  The vast majority of LEO’s that I know are concerned about their level of fitness and work out regularly.  Personally, I have always stayed in really good shape but I have in the last several months even taken it up a notch.

Here is a crossfit approach to fitness for Law Enforcement:

If you are in Law Enforcement or just wish to be fit and prepared for a violent encounter make sure you have a solid overall fitness program.  Hike, run, bike, swim, climb, kayak, paddle board, life weights, kettlebells, etc.  Make sure it is varied so you never get bored!!!
