Kettle Bells…

Kettle Bells are some thing you should look into if you are not already using them.  I work out with kettle bells three times a week and I can tell you from a functional strength stand point that they do not disappoint.  If you want one strength training item in your workout this is it.

I would advise everyone to learn from my good friend Ken Blackburn!
