Training, Training And More Training…

Last night we had our first night time group class in awhile as we moved to 7pm on Sunday night’s at the Las Vegas Martial Arts Academy.  We worked with tools such as sticks, knives and handgun defenses.  We worked on kicks and hand strikes and we worked on Silat Harimau takedowns much to the enjoyment of those present.  Today I had more training on law enforcement procedures developing a specific skill and then it was home to run and make sure my cardio is in tip top shape.  Every day I try to have some kind of training going on so that my skills and attributes are continually being developed!  Find a way to make sure that your skills and attributes are developed each and every day.  You can do it if you work at it just a little bit!
