Perseverance…

One of the true tests of your martial training will be when you do not feel like training or going to class.  What do you do?  Many people will skip class or training and while this can be okay some times, once it becomes a habit your training will suffer!  Instead, if you make a commitment to training and are physically able to go and do show up to train.  You will reap the rewards.  It can be tough and nobody said it wouldn’t be.  We don’t always want to train and at times it can be challenging to go and train when we are not in the mood.  However, perseverance and the ability to push on and train can be incredibly rewarding!
