Set Backs…

Set Backs!  Face it some times you will have some set backs.  You might perform poorly in a given moment or get hurt.  Which could require that you change your work out routine.  Or some other set back that affects training or any part of your life.  Simply put, life will not always be easy and you might face some tough challenges that really try you.  Personally, for most of my life things usually have worked out.  However there are times when I have suffered a set back.  Just recently, I suffered a minor wrist injury while lifting kettle bells.  This has required me to stop kettle bell training for about a week with the hope that I will heal and restart the intensive program I have been working on.  Due to this situation I have changed my work out program and I am still making some progress.  This set back has been tough but I will get through it by persevering and get back to it when my wrist allows me to continue kettle bell training.  During the course of your life you are sure to suffer a set back here or there.   This is natural and to be expected.  Understand that you are not the only one to have ever suffered a setback and that if you persevere and work at it you will overcome it!
