Intensity…

Is your training intense enough?  Are you really getting after it?  Does your training leave you exhausted?  If it doesn’t then you are failing in your quest for effective personal protection skills.  So, are you training intense enough or are you failing in your training?  Most of the people I encounter training in the Martial Sciences for personal protection reasons are failing in their training.  They may be getting excellent technical training but they fail to work hard enough to develop their cardio and attributes.  Or they are the exact opposite in that they have great cardio but the technical training they receive is awful.  You need a combination of both intensity that develops your mindset, cardio plus attributes and excellent technical training.  This is essential if you want to have effective personal protection skill sets that will allow you to succeed in a moment of violence!

See You On The Mats!!!
