We had a solid couple of months of serious heat. Temperature’s way beyond one hundred degrees. When you are exercising in this type of environment and especially when you are grappling you need to make sure you are drinking enough fluids. The heat will get to you so quickly that hydration is a must and you simply cannot disregard this natural body need. So plan accordingly and always have water available and make sure that you hydrate regularly while training!
