Let’s face it we are creatures of habit. We start doing something and we like it. Next thing you know we do the same thing again and again. In training this can lead to you becoming very stagnant and you probably will plateau seeing no significant gains. We need to vary our training to avoid this problem. Constantly change up what you are doing so that you shock your muscles as well as motivate yourself. Do not get stuck in a rut. No, create a training routine with lots of variety!
