So we are still on lockdown here with a few less restrictions and a few more places opening up. In the mean time we are still practicing social distancing and your training in this type of situation should be solo based. Bag work, shadow boxing, running, hiking, jump rope, swimming, biking, etc. Focus on being fit and mentally tough during these trying times!
