Yesterday I taught a Law Enforcement Baton Certification course. During the course we utilized ASP Batons and Baton Trainers, Bags and the FIST Suit. We covered Closed and Open Strikes from the Weapon Side, Reaction Side and Straight strikes. We also covered the Rapid Response Strike.
