Training…

Most people train for exercise or personal protection. Some train for competition or cultural reasons. It really doesn’t matter why you train in the Martial Sciences, just that you train. For those of us training for personal protection and combatives. Well, understand one thing? You are your own calvary! You are your own Tip of the Spear… To protect yourself and your family, you really can’t really rely on the police, military, etc. When something happens, they probably won’t be around, it’s on you! It all comes down to you. So when training make sure you are capable with Weapons, Kicking, Hand Strikes, Trapping and Grappling. Have no weak areas… Prepare both physically and mentally. Understand good sound tactics and visualize your responses to certain kinds of attacks or self defense situations. Learn consistently and practice regularly. Most importantly live your life to the fullest and on an edge! An edge that makes you happy!
