Okay, lots of people go out to eat and or have a drink. When you are out and about always control your drink.

1. Dont drink in very small places where no one is around. A bartender or a service person could spike your drink. Harder for them to do this in a more crowded place.

2. Once receiving a drink never let it leave your control and immediate area. Always in view and always under immediate control!

3. Never accept a drink from a stranger. Yeah they may be trying to be nice but…

4. If your going to have a drink always be out with friends, family. This type of security is critical. Always have someone looking out for tour best interests!

Both men and women have had their drinks ruffied and been taken advantage of. Don’t let this happen to you.
