Double Post Day!!!



Great day today. Started the day off walking the dog then a little bit of Martial Science training folowed by some calisthenics. Next speedy (the pup) and I watched One Friday Night Fights. Later some swimming in the pool followed by dinner, news and some BJJ at BJJ Stars 19. Fun day…
