…..Well I was with my kid’s today at a local pool and water park. If you ever can make the time to incorporate swimming into your personnel work out then do so. The aerobic and anaerobic conditioning is just great! Look at the chiseled physiques of the olympic athletes currently competing. If you can include swimming into your training curriculum you will definitely see some major improvements. So get in the pool or lake and do some serious laps!
