…..Well truthfully I just love to train. Really I cannot get enough of it. One of the most important things I personally need to do is ensure that I do not over train. Every day I make sure I get some Martial Science training in. Even on an incredibly busy day I may just do some visualization of technique but usually every day has a couple of hours devoted to my personal training on top of teaching other practitioners. One thing I try to consistently encourage other practitioner’s to do is to train outside of class on their own. This practice when performed correctly really allows a practitioner to grow and progress. Of course the person training needs to pay attention to all of the small details so that they practice with an eye for perfection. That will hopefully ensure good progress without negative details slipping in. Bottom line when you are a martial practitioner you will need to practice these skills. Practice, practice and more practice. Simply you can never get enough if you are a serious martial practitioner!
