…..Many arts and systems talk about indomitable spirit or other terms like the immovable heart. Often I come across people who for what ever reason train for a while and then stop. Some even train for years and years and then just stop. In the Martial Sciences you have to continue on and never stop. These skills rapidly deteriorate if you do not. One moment you could be an excellent martial practitioners and yet if you stop training then your skill sets will disappear or deteriorate enough that they will not be there. So when training you need to continue on and keep going. Do not stop, do not falter, have and cultivate the indomitable spirit and persevere. Your training, your life and those around you will great benefit if you do!

Agreed. I was forced to stop a few times due to an injury and the older I got the harder it got to regain what I had lost and I most certainly do not have the flexibility today I once had due to the later injury related stops
If at all possible never ever ever stop training MA
Great advice Tim!
